I need an experienced WordPress developer to complete a premium website for a cognitive hypnotherapist based in London. The primary goal of this site is converting high-ticket clients — people investing £3,000 to £5,000+ in a one-to-one transformation program. Every design and development decision needs to serve that goal.

This is a takeover, not a build from scratch. A complete Figma design file exists covering all pages. A 44-page master brief provides every page in full: copy, structure, content hierarchy, technical requirements, SEO and AI visibility requirements. The design direction is approved and must be carried through consistently across all remaining pages. All copy is written. What is needed is a developer who understands premium conversion, can execute the existing design faithfully, and has the professional judgement to flag anything that isn’t serving the conversion goal.

The site is built on WordPress. The previous agency has exited mid-project. A full WordPress backup file, CMS admin credentials, Figma file and complete master brief are ready to hand over immediately.

Important: the current live website at charlottemelki.com is the old version and must not be touched. The new site was built on a separate WordPress installation by the previous agency and was never launched. The backup file being handed over is that unfinished new build.

• Blog migration from existing site with URL preservation and 301 redirects
• 5 SEO landing pages

Technical requirements:

• 301 redirects for all changed URLs — mandatory for SEO preservation
• FAQ Schema, VideoObject and Article schema markup in JSON-LD
• robots.txt AI crawler permissions (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot)
• Mailchimp, TidyCal, Circle and Google Places API integrations
• YouTube oEmbed or Data API v3 for episode auto-population
• Open Graph tags on all pages
• Clean URLs, no query strings

What I am looking for:

• Proven experience building premium, conversion-focused WordPress sites for service businesses or coaches at the high-ticket level
• Strong technical SEO knowledge including schema markup and site migrations
• A critical eye — someone who will flag conversion issues, not just execute instructions
• Clear written communication. All project communication is in writing. No calls.

Timeline: 6 to 8 weeks. Budget: £2,000 for Phase 1.

This is Phase 1 of an ongoing relationship. The site will keep growing after launch — new content, new product pages, blog growth, and conversion optimisation. The right developer becomes a long-term technical partner for a growing business.
