About the Role

At Goody, we pride ourselves on curating only the best of the best brands for our platform, which means this role requires a rare blend of taste, judgment, and business acumen. As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for building the relationships that shape Goody’s giftable assortment and strengthen our brand ecosystem. You’ll evaluate opportunities, not just through the lens of growth, but also through quality, brand alignment, and customer delight.

This role reports directly to our Head of Partnerships, giving you the opportunity to work closely with leadership on strategy, while also owning high-impact relationships end-to-end.

This is a highly strategic and externally facing role: one day you may be negotiating a partnership with a beloved household name, and the next day discovering an emerging brand that perfectly matches our ethos, or fills a gap. You’ll act as both a tastemaker and a dealmaker, ensuring Goody remains the go-to destination for thoughtful, elevated gifting.

Success in this role requires equal parts relationship-building, strategic execution, and an instinct for what feels premium and differentiated in the market.
