Do you love helping people and enjoy solving challenges? We’re looking for a passionate Customer Solutions Specialist who speaks French and English and wants to work remotely from Hungary!
Job Summary
As a Customer Solutions Specialist you will act as the primary liaison for assisting customers with billing related questions, educating customers on the offered services and system capabilities, arranging the scheduling of vehicles for maintenance and installation and troubleshooting system and hardware related issues in a fast-paced, highly demanding and rewarding environment in Portuguese and English languages.
As a Customer Solutions Specialist you will act as the primary liaison for assisting customers with billing related questions, educating customers on the offered services and system capabilities, arranging the scheduling of vehicles for maintenance and installation and troubleshooting system and hardware related issues in a fast-paced, highly demanding and rewarding environment in Portuguese and English languages.
Key Duties
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails and cases.
- Assisting customers with billing and contract related requests.
- Educating customers and answering general questions about the supported software. Reach out to customers to schedule installation of orders, while coordinating with subcontractor technicians.
- Standardized troubleshooting of user reported issues with the supported software and hardware.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Additional ad-hoc tasks and projects in alignment with the business needs.
Requirements
Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM software is a big plus

- Sharp attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving abilities

Languages
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), written and spoken
Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]
- A High school diploma or equivalent, College level preferred
- Previous experience in BPO and Customer Service and/or technical account preferred
- Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this
