I am a postal historian currently writing a book titled Fundamentals of Postal History. As part of the marketing plan for my book, I need a simple website to be developed. In addition to its primary marketing purpose, the website will serve as an accessible archive of my published articles and, in a later phase, a research tool for postal history students. The website will be implemented in two phases. The request for proposal defines both phases, but seeks proposals only for phase 1 implementation. I expect that the developer of Phase 1 will also implement Phase 2.
This is a limited scope, near-term, quick-turnaround project that can and must be completed by 4/30/2026 and go live by 5/15/2026.
