DevOps Engineer – Stablecoin Platform Infrastructure

Location: Remote – US based (Would consider South America/Canada if can work EST timezones)

Compensation: $170K – $200K

We are a stablecoin platform for builders, providing a superior digital-dollar building block that developers can extend to create customizable, application-specific stablecoins in minutes. Our platform empowers businesses to monetize their digital dollar use cases and maintain control over their money tech stack, without being burdened by operational heavy-lifting. We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems through automation, monitoring, and encryption-first architectures.

You will be responsible for building, scaling, and securing the cloud infrastructure that underpins our stablecoin platform. This position requires hands-on expertise with cloud-native security best practices, a focus on performance optimization, and strong proficiency in automating deployments across a distributed system environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and other IaC tools.

• Platform Development: Lead the development and evolution of our internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to support engineering teams and improve overall developer experience.

• CI/CD & Deployment: Build and maintain high-quality CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, safe, and fully automated deployments across various blockchain networks.

• SRE & Optimization: Ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency of infrastructure through rigorous monitoring, tuning, and continuous optimization.

• Containerization & Security: Apply cloud-native security best practices and manage containerized workloads using Docker/Kubernetes in production environments.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure role.

• Blockchain Systems: Experience with blockchain protocols and distributed systems.

• Automation: Strong expertise in deploying and maintaining systems using tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins, with proven ability to fully automate deployments across various networks.

• Observability: Proficient in monitoring and observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.

• Scripting & IaC: Skilled in scripting (e.g., Bash) and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

• Security: Strong awareness of cybersecurity best practices in cloud and blockchain contexts.

• Communication: Fluent in English.
