Translation Coordinator | Part-time

Lexxika is a specialist language services company supporting international assistance and insurance providers around the world.

We are looking for a remote team member who would like to combine professional experience with the opportunity to live abroad.

This role supports our UK operations overnight — which means that if you are based in Southeast Asia or Australia, you will work a normal daytime schedule.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who:

–   Wants to spend 6–12 months living abroad
–   Is excited by working remotely while travelling
–   Enjoys responsibility and solving real problems
–   Is comfortable working independently

Many of our team members base themselves in places like Malaysia, Thailand, Bali or Australia, working mornings while enjoying afternoons free to explore.

What the Job Involves

You will:

–   Coordinate urgent translation and interpreting requests
–   Support international assistance companies helping travellers
worldwide
–   Liaise with linguists and clients across multiple time zones
–   Ensure urgent cases are handled quickly and accurately

You may help coordinate language support for situations ranging from
medical emergencies to travel assistance cases.

Working Hours

This role covers the UK overnight operations window (23:00–08:00 UK
time).

Candidates are expected to be based in Asia-Pacific time zones, where this corresponds to a daytime schedule (typically 06:00–15:00 or similar).

Location Flexibility

This role is fully remote.

Most successful candidates choose to base themselves in locations such
as:

–   Malaysia
–   Thailand
–   Indonesia
–   Australia
–   The Philippines

Provided you have reliable internet and can maintain consistent working hours, you are free to choose your base.
