We’re currently seeking a Support Team Member with:
- Strong experience and skills in customer support
- Strong experience in WordPress (technical, maintenance, and admin)
- Solid understanding of WordPress — from user-level to developer concepts
- Excellent written English skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings (UTC+3)
- Availability to work on Saturdays or public holidays depending on rotation
What you’ll do:
- Provide technical support via our ticketing system (no voice calls required)
- Advanced debugging of plugin issues, CDN, page headers and more
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues
- Review, update, or contribute to plugin documentation
- Test and familiarize yourself with new features and updates
- Manage both new and ongoing support tickets
