Compensation: Project payouts scale with complexity, with our designers earning a median pay of 2,000€ per month. You can earn more or less based on how much you want.
Reasonable Deadlines: No artificial time pressure or toxic crunches. We give realistic deadlines.
Requirements to Join:
🌍 Based in Europe
🇬🇧 Strong English communication skills
🚀 At least 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
📐 Figma Mastery: Expert-level use of auto-layout, components, variables, and responsive design practices.
