I’m looking for a skilled WordPress web designer to design and set up my Christian blog website so it’s fully ready to use and go public. The goal is to create a clean, simple, and user-friendly site that reflects faith-based encouragement and community. I want everything connected, functioning, and ready for me to start posting content once the setup is complete.
I will provide the descriptions, wording, and basic direction for each page, but I would like the designer to use some creative freedom when it comes to layout, styling, and some of the copywriting (I’ll review and make edits as needed).

Scope of Work
• Design and set up a fully functional WordPress website for a Christian blog
• Configure and fill out all necessary pages and menus (e.g., Home, About, Blog, Contact, Resources/Shop if applicable)
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and SEO-ready
• Install and configure essential plugins (SEO, security, backups, contact forms, etc.)
• Connect all links, forms, and navigation so the site is completely ready for launch
• Customize design elements (colors, fonts, header/footer, etc.) to match a simple and faith-based aesthetic
• Add sample blog posts and categories to demonstrate layout
• Set up basic email subscription or contact form integration (MailerLite or Omnisend)
• Conduct a final walkthrough via Zoom to show me how to:
• Make simple text or image edits
• Upload new blog posts
• Manage comments and updates

• Proven experience building WordPress blog websites (portfolio required)
• Ability to deliver a clean, simple, visually cohesive design
• Willing to schedule a Zoom call after setup for a brief tutorial (30 minutes)
• Must work within a $250 fixed budget
