Location Requirement
This is an in-person role based in Palm Beach County, FL. Remote-only candidates will not be considered.

About G6 Technologies
G6 Technologies operates multiple interconnected brands across media, precious metals, and financial education. We generate traffic through paid media, email, and partnerships—but our websites must evolve from static brochures into conversion engines that build trust, visibility, and measurable results.
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer/Web Manager to take full ownership for our web ecosystem.
This is not a ticket-based role.
This is not a junior “WordPress admin” position.
This is an ownership role.

The Mission
You will be responsible for rebuilding, modernizing, and operating multiple WordPress sites so they:
Communicate a clear, centralized message
Convert traffic instead of leaking it
Support SEO visibility and long-term discoverability
Integrate cleanly with CRM funnels and campaigns
Reflect trust and credibility for a 55+ audience without looking dated

What You Will Own
6+ active WordPress sites across multiple brands
Site architecture, structure, and performance
Production deployments (you push live when it’s ready)
Plugin hygiene, updates, and security posture
Dev/staging/production discipline
Legacy site cleanup and consolidation
Vendor oversight and standards enforcement

If something breaks, underperforms, or looks unfinished — you own fixing it.

Core Responsibilities: Web & Platform Ownership
Build and maintain WordPress sites using Beaver Builder and Catapult
Manage WP Engine environments (with future AWS migration in scope)
Own go-live decisions and deployment readiness
Maintain fast load times on image-heavy pages
Identify and eliminate technical debt

SEO & Visibility
Enforce SEO fundamentals (not just “install Yoast”)
Ensure every page has:
Proper meta titles & descriptions
Focus keywords
Internal linking
Improve organic visibility over time
Provide basic reporting and performance insight (what’s working/what’s not)

Funnels & CRM Integration
Build CRM-connected landing pages using:
Keap
GoHighLevel
Connect forms ? automations ? pipelines
QA tracking, attribution, and conversion flow
Deploy funnels without hesitation
Fix broken funnels under pressure and document changes

Content & Distribution Support
Structure websites so weekly content can be:
Indexed properly
Repurposed for social
Used as funnel entry points
Support pillar-content strategies (long-form ? clipped ? distributed)
Ensure websites support social credibility, not undermine it

The Environment
CMS: WordPress
Hosting: WP Engine (AWS migration planned)
Builders: Beaver Builder, Catapult
CRM: Keap, GoHighLevel
Multi-brand, multi-site, real-money environment

Who This Role Is For
You are a fit if:
You’ve owned multiple sites at once, not just one
You’re comfortable pushing to production without supervision
You understand that “dev/staging” still requires discipline
You can say no when something isn’t ready to go live
You think in terms of systems, not just pages
You leave environments cleaner than you found them

Who This Role Is NOT For
We are NOT looking for a developer who:
Needs hand-holding to deploy
Blames lack of access instead of flagging risks early
Lets sites sit stale for years
Avoids SEO responsibility
Treats WordPress as “just content”
Reacts to problems instead of preventing them

Why This Role Matters
Our websites directly impact lead flow, paid media ROI, organic visibility, and brand trust. Without centralized ownership, performance drifts. This role exists to stop that drift—and turn our web ecosystem into a measurable growth engine.
If you want real authority, real responsibility, and the opportunity to rebuild and own a serious web ecosystem—this role is for you.
