What You’ll Do
Your core responsibilities will include ownership of the sales process:
- Lead Generation: Using the ideal client profiles and your own tools, you will identify and prospect your own leads.
- Booking & Hosting Calls: You’ll be responsible for setting up and conducting calls to demonstrate the system’s value.
- Closing Sales: You’ll handle objections and successfully close deals, both for solo users and enterprise teams.
- Handoff to Workflow Specialist: After closing, you’ll pass the client to the founder for seamless onboarding and customization.

- Proven Experience: You have a demonstrable track record of successfully closing sales. Our 30-day probationary period is a chance to prove your value by closing your first deal. If you can do that, you’re on the team.
- Independent: You are a self-driven, proactive individual who needs minimal oversight.
- Professional: You speak and write fluent English, present well on video calls, and represent the brand with pride.
- Resource-Ready: You have your own laptop, a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a high-quality headset for calls.
- Collaborative: We are a small, tight-knit group. Positivity, honesty, and accountability are non-negotiable as we build something incredible together.
- Tool Stack: Familiarity with modern tools such as ChatGPT, automation platforms (like n8n or make.com) is a strong plus.
Bonus if you’ve sold software, SaaS, or B2B services before.
Our Onboarding Process
We don’t “train” you to sell, but we will set you up to succeed.
You’ll go through our 3-step hiring process first.
- First Interview: We assess mindset, energy, and alignment.
- Second Interview: We test your approach, not your scripts.
- Once successful, you’ll move onto the Incubator Period (30 Days): You’ll receive everything you need to succeed. Your goal? Close one deal. That unlocks a paid 3-month contract, with the potential for long-term.
Compensation Structure
This role is 100% commission-based. Designed for ambitious, self-motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential. Commissions start at $250USD per close. This structure directly reflects your effort. The more you put in, the more you will earn.
