SocialHype is a digital marketing agency based in Dubai building websites for high-value service businesses — contractors, clinics, law firms, and real estate firms. We’re hiring a WordPress developer to join our lean remote team on a full-time basis.
What you’ll be building:
- Custom WordPress websites for clients. Clean, fast, conversion-focused.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years WordPress development experience
- Elementor Pro experience
- Fluid, responsive layouts — percentage-based widths, proper breakpoints, tested on mobile before submission
- Ability to build from a Figma file when provided
- Ability to replicate a section by eye from a screenshot reference — you will be expected to do this regularly
- Basic design instinct — spacing, alignment, and hierarchy should look right without being micromanaged
- Speed-conscious builds — you understand caching, image compression, and what kills PageSpeed scores
- One round of instructions. Work gets done correctly the first time.
What disqualifies you immediately:
- Fixed pixel widths on responsive elements
- Requiring a fully designed Figma file for every task
- Submitting work with broken links, untested pages, or obvious errors
- Slow response time or going quiet mid-task
- No verifiable live sites you personally built
