Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating custom themes, plugins, optimizing website performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
- Build responsive and mobile-friendly websites.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
- Ensure website compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Perform regular website updates, backups, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and digital marketing teams.
- Follow SEO best practices while developing websites.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Understanding of website security and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce development and customization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with hosting environments (cPanel, AWS, Cloud Hosting).
- Experience with custom plugin development.
- Understanding of website migration and troubleshooting.
