We’re building a next-generation eCommerce ecosystem and are searching for an experienced Senior E-commerce Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. If you enjoy optimizing complex online stores, improving operational workflows, and working closely with developers to scale digital businesses, this opportunity is for you.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern eCommerce platforms operate at scale and can confidently manage stores processing thousands of orders every month.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across WordPress/WooCommerce environments with integrations into Magento and PrestaShop.
Improve workflows, automation, and backend processes to maximize operational efficiency and order accuracy.
Configure and manage advanced permissions, dynamic content systems, and role-based workflows for complex store structures.
Partner with developers and technical teams to implement scalable, modular eCommerce solutions.
Handle store deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and hosting management through cPanel and related tools.
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve performance across multiple online stores.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing high-volume eCommerce stores handling 1,000+ monthly orders.
Strong understanding of WooCommerce and familiarity with – Magento and/or PrestaShop ecosystems.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues efficiently.
Experience improving internal workflows and scaling online operations.
Comfortable working alongside developers, designers, and operational teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on performance, scalability, and customer experience.
