Infor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (individual contributor) to drive the adoption of Infor ERP solutions and innovations, including AI technology, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics, and Process Automation, within Poland. This role is pivotal to our SaaS business strategy, focusing on delivering measurable business value to customers while working cross-functionally within Infor’s organization and leveraging partner ecosystems when needed.

The Account Manager will own the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to deal closure, ensuring strict adherence to Infor methodologies and tools, including MEDDPICC and Salesforce.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Achieve Sales Targets:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for Infor ERP solutions.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.

Direct and Partner Sales:

• Manage both direct sales to customers and collaborate with channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive joint sales initiatives.

Territory and Account Ownership:

• Representing Infor Cloud, complete solutions on the Polish market. 

• Take ownership of a designated territory, developing a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.

• Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Full Account Management:

• Provide end-to-end account management, from initial contact through to successful implementation and ongoing support.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay current on industry trends and product developments related to Infor ERP solutions.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Infor ERP product suite and its value propositions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, implementation, and support, to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, especially in a direct and partner-driven sales environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proven track record of successful sales in the ERP software industry, with experience in Infor ERP preferred

• Knowledge of IFS, QAD or SAP ERP systems is as plus.

• Experience of helping customers on their Cloud journey.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

• Proven, solid experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on ERP solutions.
