We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven professional with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our team as an Sales Director – Audience Solutions Group. This role is responsible for developing and scaling a new, profitable revenue stream for Valpak, leveraging our robust data products and audience targeting capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic self-starter who excels at building relationships with key decision-makers and translating complex data solutions into actionable business value. You will play a critical role in positioning Valpak’s audience solutions as a core part of our clients’ marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with building a prospecting pipeline and closing agencies and purchasers of data and affiliated martech products.
- Excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish relationships at the executive and decision maker level and close.
- Identify sales prospects and work with leadership on prospect strategy.
- Passionate about print, digital media, and media planning
- Define and execute account strategies with publishers, data companies, advertisers and agencies
- Make outbound calls, emails, social media posts, and conference networking to potential customers to generate, present, and close new business.
- Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.
Education/Experience:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the data, online media/advertising experience
- Demonstrated a history and success of contracting and developing client relationships at the senior (Decision Maker) level or Agency level.

- Extensive knowledge of online advertising, media, affiliate marketing and online and mobile commerce
- Ability to manage priorities, multiple initiatives, and deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
